Regardless of your opinion otherwise, I have been burning up the keys writing the next several chapters of This Little Hell for those of you interested.  From Looking for and performing found work to editing other audio projects for which I am responsible I have found little time but there are those moments where I am lured, beckoned, plunged back into This Little Hell – even if only for an inkling of time here and an inkling of time there.

Your patience is appreciated as these next few chapters get put in place. Also, the podcast version of the novel This Little Hell is still in production stages.  Look for the printed pages to be posted here soon – as in throughout the next week of time – the podcast is yet several weeks off in future.

It took me a little longer than I thought it might to get the theme in place – well now you see it whaddya think?

This is an excerpt from my upcoming book entitled This Little Hell I hope you will enjoy it as I have enjoyed writing it. Return often for more information about its release.

I am in hell.
I live in hell.
I lie on my bed and am surrounded by hell.
I breathe in hell and fail to expel the
twisted, acrid, corrosive blackness that permeates me.
Melancholy and despair would not succumb to
my will and therefore I must succumb to them.
Until I have become hell.
The former visage of a human no longer
struggles for space to exist itself, for
struggle is a thing not remembered by what I have become.
Purgatory for my kind and me.
Hell is all I know.
My own hell.
What new hell lies in wait around each
corner? I cannot perceive and will not guess.
Hell cannot conceive of itself.
I have attained self-awareness of only one mere fact.
I AM HELL!
Heed the tone of my declaration.
FOR I AM COME!

“Are these your words?” Asked the judge. Wayne had just met the man and already he started to ask Wayne the same questions as his predecessor.

“Well, I wrote it.” Was Wayne’s reply.

“Are they your feelings?”

“No, no of course not.” Said Wayne still looking out the window.

“So whose are they?”

I will also be releasing it in “pod-cast” format – you may see that later in the year.
